You will be offering day to day, person centred care, which includes, activities and day trips planned weekly with residents and service users which includes – swimming, trips to the seaside, museums, sensory walks, and activity breaks across the country.
You will go home at the end of your shift satisfied and feeling like you have made a big difference to the people you support.

You will be joining an established support team who have worked with the families for a while. Our families all have diffent levels of support needed some of which could be challenging. You would be required to work with families during the busy morning routine in term time, 7.00am - 9.00am and ad hoc hours during school holidays.
