You will be receiving and checking deliveries and using their MRP system to make sure the stock levels are correct. You’ll be working as part of a small team of lovely people, and you will be an important part of the team too: you will get the opportunity to put your ideas into action!
You will liaise with high profile clients, loyal customers and new enquiries to drive engagement and deliver results. The successful retail leader will build a high performing team and strategically drive sales and profitability within the store, whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times.
You will be your true self and bring out the best in others too. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB The Shop Manager position holds overall responsibility for their shop. Taking ownership and the initiative to drive performance through managing KPIs, ensuring customers have the best possible shopping experience, developing the team and ensuring White Stuff's presence in the local community.
You will advise customers on suitable products and promote add-on items, maintaining a high standard of presentation within the trade counter and ensuring excellent levels of customer service at all times. Work Hours and Location This position requires working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00 and every second Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00, totalling 44.5 hours per week.
