You will take a more hands-on role in managing site activities, supervising works, and supporting the successful delivery of projects, working closely with senior engineers and directors. Key Responsibilities

You will deliver the Engineering Reliability Maintenance plan, in a technical leadership role, empowering the hands-on Reliability Maintenance Engineers to put into action; move away from a reactive maintenance culture.

You will have the autonomy to develop the function.

You will provide pro-active maintenance support and strategy to the engineering team

You will be responsible for the functional safety of the plant, ensuring day to day compliance, upgrading control systems, improving automation and maintaining technician competence, with plenty of scope to progress to more senior positions.

You will be responsible for supervising and managing teams on small to medium sized geotechnical ground investigation projects on site, ensuring compliance in a technical, commercial, and HSEQ sense.

You will also be responsible for logging rock and soil samples (such as boreholes and trial pits) and carrying out field testing and surveying, among other requirements.
