You will be supported by experienced engineering and site management teams, gaining exposure to all stages of live infrastructure projects while developing your technical and professional skills.
You will act as the integral support for the Project Management team with duties including setting out, overseeing labour personnel, sub-contractor management and ensuring the smooth delivery of site engineering works on time & to the client's standard.
You will also be involved in management duties with a day per week based in office.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves hands on duties associated with coordinating and supervising sub- contractors as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing materials and equipment.
