You will play a crucial role in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
You will work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth and efficient service.
You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE, bringing strong commercial property expertise and, ideally, an existing client following.
You will be responsible for leading the commercial property team, managing high-value transactions, and driving business growth – both through your existing network, by generating new opportunities and referrals from other departments.
