You will handle everything from managing shift operations in our busy, fast-paced environment to conducting administrative tasks, liaising with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers. This includes stocktake and ordering, handling accounts management, and being available for occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
You will work alongside the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support for children who have suffered trauma and may struggle to manage their emotions and behaviour in healthy ways. Your leadership will ensure that children’s needs are met and that the team is fully supported in delivering exceptional care.
You will either have experience of managing a team or have a strong customer service background with a desire to take the next step in your career. Whatever your background, we’ll support your development and offer you the opportunity to make the role your own. You don’t need industry experience we just want people that are passionate about joining our business!
You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way - Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers - Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
You will train the team to become passionate & experienced stylists, exceed KPI targets and work together to achieve incredible results.
You must be able to work both days and nights, including some weekends as required.
You must have a can do and responsible attitude to work. Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone to: - Oversee all methods of traffic management; Give and take, Priority, Stop/Go boards, Portable traffic signals, Convoy working, Road closures, Lane closures and diversions
You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it
You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if youre successful, therell be a driving assessment when you join us
You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
