You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude towards their role.

You will lead on the delivery of communications, campaigns and marketing projects that ensure maximum publicity for the charity’s activities and services. Along with the Campaigns & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing messaging and ensuring that communications are on brand.

You will also be involved in project managing future development of the machine shop - To undertake day-to-day maintenance activities, routine service, fault finding, and repair of machine shop and production equipment - Carry out inspection and preventive maintenance of key equipment in line with the company’s management control procedures

You will have frequent updates with your progress through compliance, applications for specific roles as well as receiving additional information on roles which we feel may be of interest to you. We are proud members of the REC and we have the highest standard of compliance.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

You will be passionate about wanting to make a difference, about changing the way we live. You are happy picking up queries and matters outside of your immediate comfort zone, and you pay attention to detail whilst keeping commercials in mind.

You will need experience using 3D AutoCAD or Solidworks and any additional knowledge of electronics or PLCs would be advantageous, however PLC programming training can be provided.

You will be involved in testing the equipment and QA.
