Assistant Production Coordinator jobs in Moray
You will assist with initial quotes to customers and answer any initial queries.
You will also update internal databases of customer orders, live pricing and any quote amendments.
You will also assist with invoicing and processing payments.
You will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages, good general IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems would also be advantageous.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Moray this is normally undertaken by use of a car/van. Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
