You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, and optimising the operational efficiency of our site through supporting our Duty Managers.

You will lead and support Duty Managers while maintaining high standards across all areas of the site. The Operations Manager will play a key role in workforce management, staff development and long-term operational planning, working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and deliver a safe, welcoming and efficient environment.

You will manage teams, budgets, and stock while developing strategies to enhance sales and profitability. If you thrive on accountability and have strong commercial acumen, this opportunity offers real autonomy and influence in a growing business.
