You will be there to help inspire your colleagues to deliver the best customer experience in the business and help overcome any issues you come across.
You will have experience in running the show in a fast-paced customer facing environment and be someone who can handle the variety that each day at Wickes brings.
You will also support the sales and marketing teams in order to maximise the efficiency of sales consultants’ time so they can focus on qualified leads. This role will be worked on a rota basis from Monday - Sunday, with core hours from 9am-8pm and 10am-5pm on Sundays. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
You will act as a key point of contact for resolving order issues, improving workflows, and supporting the day-to-day commercial operations of the business.
