You will be a point of contact with respect to servicing live loans, supporting effective handover of completed cases and resolving post completion issues as required.
You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of residential mortgage lending processes, including underwriting, within a regulated banking or financial services environment.
You will be part of a small team of domestic staff; providing excellent customer service and ensuring the scheme remains clean and tidy at all times. If you are interested in this position, experience of cleaning and waste management is essential and working in a care environment would be desirable.
