You will spend 50% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
