You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will provide assistance to residents in need of physical personal care and carry out individual tasks with residents in line with their support plans, to maintain or improve their quality of life and to be able to recognise signs of distress in residents.

You will be required to work a range of shifts on a 24 hour, 7 days per week rota basis

You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the stores appearance.

You will be responsible for: I know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.

You will receive comprehensive training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses to ensure you are confident in your role.

You will conduct ward rounds, analyze behaviors, and provide essential support. The position offers a competitive salary and numerous benefits, promoting career development and work-life balance.
