You will assist in providing comprehensive administration and clerical support to the clinical staff of the Mental Health Service, multiple and diverse service users. Your duties will include:

You will manage medication administration and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintain detailed care plans and risk assessments that reflect residents’ needs and preferences.

You will welcome visitors, showcase our home’s facilities, and respond promptly to emergencies, assessing situations and providing or arranging assistance as needed.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will currently be working within or have experience of a customer service environment and have a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.
