You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, managing workflow and team performance. Implement and drive Lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.

You will assist in ensuring the team are trained to the highest standards, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their stay with us and ensure they leave wanting more!

You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.

You will be a visible presence on the shop floor, carrying out classes, personal training sessions and educational talks as set by the Fitness Manager.

You will maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the enjoyment and welfare of guests and members in accordance with the Company’s health and safety policy and current legislation.

You will assist with planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting processes, ensuring robust financialernance andpliance with Standing Financial Instructions.
