You will be responsible for assisting the aftersales manager to drive the growth and profitability of the service department, through effective supervision of the service team members. Focusing on maintaining customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time Monday to Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
You will lead major retail relationships while delivering strong commercial performance and contributing significantly to annual revenue. Working across the full supply chain, you will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, technical, and finance teams to optimise performance, enhance forecasting and pricing accuracy, and support category expansion into other emerging areas.
