You will already have a strong background in large all SME branded FMCG business and have experienced full or a smaller brand/category ownership on top 4 Grocery retailers in the UK market.
You must come from an FMCG background with a preference for food this is a purpose and mission led BCorp brand - really getting behind the mission is vital in an SME environment.
You will be great at building retail relationships and will have high energy and drive. The willingness to get stuck in, creating the go to market strategy, be a key part of the team working closely with the SLT. And of course, being an SME – not being adverse to rolling your sleaves up and being open to helping with events and packing the odd box here and there!
