You will be an ambassador for the guest journey and ensure values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.
You will be responsible for directing and developing a current great team and culture across all departments to achieve exceptional performance across the key indicators of profit, people, and RGI.
You will take full ownership of the inn’s performance, leading the business with confidence and creativity while ensuring that every guest experience reflects the quality and character The Olde Bell is known for.
You will have the freedom to shape the inn’s direction, develop its team, and take the business to the next stage of its journey.
You will work closely with apprentices, tutors, assessors, and employers to provide tailored learning support that enables apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their apprenticeship outcomes. Support may be delivered one-to-one, in small groups, or within learning and workplace settings, depending on individual needs.
You will have a genuine opportunity to progress and develop in your audit career following qualification and this position will offer exposure to accounts, audit and tax. The remit of the position and the level of audit work can be built around the applicant's experience and aspirations.
