Assistant General Manager jobs in Ayr

You will develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers and coach and motivate the team to do so too.

You will be reporting into the Head of Business.

You will oversee the day to day running of the showroom including vehicle valuations and sales; supervising the vehicle journey from workshop prep right through to imaging and showroom presentation.

You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude towards their role.

You will have had previous hands-on experience as a mechanic or management experience in a similar environment as you will be dividing your time between the workshop, working alongside the technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
