assistant facilities supervisor jobs in Wrexham

You will play a key part in keeping the factory running smoothly, supporting production, moulding and automation departments while working on electrical, mechanical and building services maintenance across a modern manufacturing facility.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on role, combining technical injection moulding expertise with people leadership and continuous improvement responsibilities.

You will be supervising the operation, ensuring a high level of service is being delivered, along with complying with Health and Safety guidelines. You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service). You will also oversee and follow up on the contractors’ activities on-site, ensuring all activities carried out are in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. - Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.
