You will support long-term client relationships by producing high-quality work and contributing to the continued success of the business. In this role, you will analyse tender documents, identify project requirements, prepare detailed tenders, source and negotiate subcontractor quotations, evaluate offers, attend meetings and assist with forecasting, budgeting and handover to delivery teams.

You will have either worked for: - a housebuilding development company in an estimating or quantity surveying role, working on land appraisals, cash flows, budgets and costs and familiar with preparing information for the quantity surveying & buying teams.
