You will be mentored by a Senior QS and a Commercial Manager.
You will need to have previous experience in this capacity but will be given full guidance to show you how my client undertake their tasks.
You will be expected to be able to put packages together, measure, and do basic QS duties.
You will be providing support across a wide variety of approximately 200 commercial buildings within the Councils Property Stock, including planning, procurement and delivery of high quality reactive and planned maintenance projects.
You will have minimum 3+years’ building surveying experience.
You will learn on live projects, have access to experienced mentors, and rotate across different areas of the business.
You will act as Project Monitor on lender-funded developments across the South West from initial due diligence through delivery, providing clear, commercially grounded advice to lenders and project teams. This is a judgement-led position. Youll be expected to interrogate proposals, assess and articulate risk, and support lender confidence throughout the lifecycle of each scheme.
