You will manage and report all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes. You will identify contractual, financial, technical, and operational risks and to find opportunities for value engineering, in order to minimise risk and maximise gross profit on contracts.

You will support the fulfilment of the contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross profit and customers' satisfaction.

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.

You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.

You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.

You should carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the marketing suite in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership for the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress.
