You will play a key role in ensuring that parcels move swiftly and accurately from our distribution network to our customers’ doorsteps. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll manage shift teams of associates and delivery drivers, coordinate dispatch and inbound activity, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
You will have experience of GDS
You will have seen through transformation programmes in the millions and have extensive experience in delivering discovery, alpha and beta phases
You will know how to negotiate, influence or set budgets in complex environments and you can write into business cases.
