Assistant Contracts Manager jobs in Morecambe
You will hold and manage the contract expenditure budget on behalf of the Station and be a focal point and single point of instruction between EDF Energy and the contractor.
You will have proven experience of contract management and supplier negotiations and will be results-focused as well as able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business.
You will be driving growth, by Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.
You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude towards their role.
You must have the ability to produce, co-ordinate and edit reports.
You will be required to contribute in the development of operational procedures or systems, in a way that will be beneficial to the Company and the smooth running of the business.
You will be required to participate in Appraisals, Supervisions and team meetings.
