You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual who will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a 7-day operational business.
You will need strong organisational, motivational and management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in both verbal and written form.
You will proactively manage projects and build strong relationships with individuals, businesses and community groups, while also line-managing two enthusiastic team members. Alongside maximising opportunities with our existing supporters, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing new ideas, partnerships and activities.
