You will support the residents by offering person centred support and a choice of daily activities to provide a fulfilled and meaningful quality of life.
You will maintain and develop their independence within the home, as well as accessing the community to new and established activities therefore empowering each person to their own level in a 24-hour care setting.
You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist in managing behaviour, and help create a safe, calm, and engaging environment where all students can thrive.
