You will be focused on driving sales growth by developing existing customer relationships, acquiring new business, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
You will be expected to achieve and exceed quarterly Gross Profit (GP) & Revenue targets, while contributing to the wider strategic goals of the business.
You will be given a number of sub-contractors to look after, managing the design process and working closely with the clients design team.
You will regularly contribute to design review meetings.
You will become a funding expert, able to talk to customers about different funding and incentives that are available to them. Your customers will trust your honesty and integrity and you will manage any customer you bring on, account managing them into the future.
You will deal with any matters arising and understand the ongoing need for training.
You will be supported to work 3 days per week in this role.
You will be an experienced HR generalist with proven business partnering skills who can coach and share your wealth of knowledge with our current team.
