You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team. The role will generally include:- - Analysing elements within the business or the whole business - Making evaluations of all available data - Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements

You will ensure that requirements and design are described clearly and don’t leave room for ambiguity.

You will work closely with Product owners from one or more Scrum teams to help with decisioning, development priorities and configurations of the business needs, as well as assist in testing and validation to ensure products are delivered to requirements.

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You should be confident in: - Troubleshooting posting errors, transaction discrepancies, and general ledger issues

You will also be responsible for running Virtual training sessions and workshops for our customers when advice or training is required to support the customers continuous adoption of the solution.
