You will work closely with the management team to drive productivity, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

You will work at Thornford Park which is a combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats.

You will work alongside the multidisciplinary to provide personalised assessment and treatment programmes for males with mental illness/ complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder.

You will work closely with buying, merchandising, imports and external suppliers to manage the full lifecycle of returns, from receiving and packing through to dispatch and collection.

You will be based on site, overseeing two Team Leaders and a combined team of around 11 colleagues.
