You should have good communication and numerical skills, experience in catering and cash handling, and a flexible approach to working hours. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations, HACCP/COSHH and a Personal Licence (Alcohol) is desirable, and holding an Elementary Food Hygiene certificate is required.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You will manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar - You xhkmmrq will motivate and engage staff in the department through "learning by doing

You will be working closely with our other outlets F&B managers within the wider Hotel to ensure a consistent approach across the Hotel. As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will also support with budgeting, forecasting, P&L and working with the wider Hotel goals and processes.

You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
