You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing supervision, coaching, performance management, and support to staff, volunteers, and students.
You will ensure the provision of person-centred support that enables customers to maintain their independence, enhance their wellbeing, and enjoy opportunities for personal development.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
You will ideally have relevant experience of leading and developing teams within supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.

You will provide consultations and appropriate clinical management to patients attending with injury and illness to services, either face to face or virtually.
