You will be working to written instructions, drawings, and job cards, assembling intricate components and ensuring all work is completed in line with quality and safety requirements. Much of the work is repetitive and detail-focused, so a calm, methodical approach is essential.
You will have a creative and dynamic approach and be able to engage with hard to reach and other vulnerable groups. There is no specific qualification required for this role, and training will be part of the induction. A willingness to learn and a commitment to supporting children and young people is a must.
