You will build a professional and trusted relationship with the students which put their health, safety and overall development first. This role will include supporting the teaching staff to deliver on a daily basis a broad and balanced curriculum for students both on and off site.
You will work alongside a full multidisciplinary team including Qualified Psychologist, Occupational therapy, SaLT, Psychiatry and Nursing.
You must have excellent organisational and time management skills.
You must therefore be a resilient, reflective, creative and a flexible practitioner.
You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to students ranging in the ages 2 to 19 years old with learning difficulties including: - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - Physical and Sensory disabilities
You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
