You will be working with and collaborating with a friendly and welcoming team delivering on high value projects used world-wide. This role is based within an established Production department; therefore, a strong team player attitude is essential.

You will be working at one of our new Fusion centres; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the centres success.

You will need to be available to attend Redditch Head Office for an assessment centre, dates to be confirmed.

You will be required to work with the centre manager to support the centre with file audits, keeping the e-compliance system updated and accurate, whilst liaising with external partners, parents, carers and learners. Key Responsibilities: Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

You will own the engineering function across CNC machining, assembly, and test operations, while leading both new product introduction and continuous improvement across existing production lines.

You will control technical direction, capital spend, and team performance across the full manufacturing lifecycle.
