You will lead a group of seven engineers, ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of designs, while liaise closely with mechanical, electromagnetic, and thermal analysts both within the team and externally. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with significant influence over our most advanced R&D projects.

You will support children from 6 months to reception age, ensuring high standards of care and learning in a safe, stimulating environment, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage

You will support and inspire children to become independent, creative, and confident individuals.

You will be working in a highly pressurised and at times challenging environment; you will be our first point of contact for our residents and must be able to communicate in a clear and friendly manner. Your role will involve: Dealing with residents on the phoneLogging and resolving and escalating all enquiries.

You will be part of a team working on a wide variety of small and large schemes including healthcare, education, leisure, retail, commercial and energy conservation. Duties are varied but include the following: - Attending design and site meetings. - Managing workload. - Performing job manager responsibilities.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (18K-£35K) upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain practical experience by using practice labs which enable you to practice and master what you have learned.
