You will identify training needs and opportunities within the Front of House department in conjunction with the Front Office Manager·
You will provide day to day leadership to the team, by motivating, encouraging and driving the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve revenue goals·
You will be mastering complex machinery and ensuring our products reach global customers in perfect condition. Your day will include:

You will co-facilitate the delivery of our 6-week Chronic Disease Self Management workshops with another trained facilitator and line manage any volunteers who support the delivery of these sessions.
You will oversee weddings and private functions from initial setup to final guest departure, liaising with clients, coordinating with top-tier suppliers, and managing event staff.
You will play a key role in preserving the estate’s exceptional reputation by delivering effortless, well-executed experiences.
You will have responsibility and autonomy for the planning and implementation of all things quality including; implementing systems, achieving MHRA/GMP licensing, and shaping the long-term Quality strategy.
