You will be responsible for leading month end activity, working with the Managing Director to manage the day to day financial activity. As finance Manager you will be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
You will be developing and delivering high quality training that will drive improvements in service delivery to meet the needs of our organisation.
You will need to be responsive to improvements in legislation, responding to learning from inspections, audits and feedback as well as ensuring that training is up to date.
You will supervise a small team to carry out installation and servicing projects on specialist sports equipment, while also being hands on. This role would suit someone who has experience using hand tools and some level of supervisory / team leadership experience.
You must also be flexible / willing to stay away Monday - Friday at the company's expense.
