You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Produce detailed construction drawings, and technical documentation all standard house types. Ensure all drawings comply with building regulations, NHBC standards, and company requirements.
You will also review and assess external consultants' and suppliers' information to ensure compatibility with internal designs, facilitating smooth project coordination and execution. Work closely with structural engineers, suppliers, and regional technical teams to ensure designs are coordinated and aligned with project objectives.
You will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify technical terminology when talking to non-technical roles
You will be able or willing to learn how manage and administer technical applications such as Alfabet including building SQL queries to visualise and update data
You will need to have knowledge and experience of housing grants legislation, technical and operational issues and knowledge of Building Regulations applicable to domestic dwellings.
You will have the ability to interpret legislation, reports, data, architectural drawings and plans and experience of building contracts and procurement.
