You will be supporting high profile projects across all a range of sectors at our offices in the city centre of Bristol.
You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, including masterplanning, public realm design, green infrastructure, residential developments, regeneration schemes, and urban landscape proposals.
You will not be added to any mailing lists and rest assured your details would NOT be passed on to anyone without your prior authorisation.
You will play a key role on 'project delivery' working with a wide range of consultants from stage 4 onwards.
You will have a good 'eye for detail' and be literate with REVIT.

You will be (ideally although not essential) literate with REVIT and have good technical skills along with being comfortable with clients. In return you will be working within a small team that are part of an established group with genuine career enhancement opportunities. You will hold a sound knowledge of the construction legislations and be literate with REVIT.
You will carry out site appraisals liaising with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure progress and timeframes are being met.
You will have achieved either a bachelors or masters degree in Architectural Technology and be eager to progress with MCIAT.

You will be competent with NBS specification writing, have a solid understanding of construction legislations and previous experience with REVIT. in order to be successful you will be able to manage the work of junior staff members and work to tight deadlines.
