Apprenticeship Development Manager jobs in Bedford
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of robotic automation and specialist tooling projects, from early concept and design through manufacture, installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
You will be expected to provide regular programme updates, financial forecasts, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.
You will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing electronic faults, and supporting production efficiency across electrical, electronic and some mechanical systems. Youll also play a part in stock management, process improvement, and ensuring high safety standards.
