You will gain the support, knowledge and experiences needed to successfully complete an 18-month Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. You will collaborate closely with ourCurriculum Quality Managerto enhance and refine our programs based on feedback and innovative approaches to teaching, learning, and assessment.
You will ensure compliance with the requirements ofAwarding OrganisationsandEnd Point Assessment Organisationswhile working with ourHead of Peopleto continually up-skill our delivery and quality staff.
You should have:Experience working in the social care sector supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions. At least 2 years experience delivering training (including mandatory training). Strong presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
You will be required to carry out all duties in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework requirements and organisational processes and policies. Work towards and achieve targets set by Nova and the ESFA relating to all aspects of the Apprenticeship by delivering new standards and (where necessary existing frameworks).
