You will play a key role in the commercial management of projects.

You will be responsible for preparing BOQs, PPQs, and JCT 2024 contracts, managing monthly applications, issuing purchase orders, and delivering comprehensive reporting to the Commercial Manager.

You will manage your schemes independently but site within the larger commercial team.
