You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy, their well-being is promoted and their individual needs are met at all times, whilst demonstrating a respect for our policies and procedures and following direction given by your management team and your Trainer/Assessor.
You will confirm Traffic Management (TM) and Permit Management (PM) setups via photographic evidence, ensure kit checks are complete, and manage site communications through a dedicated WhatsApp group. Throughout the day, monitor progress, escalate issues to Build Managers or Project Engineers, and provide clear OTD reports to customers.
You will progress towards the role of an engineer within Engineering Design and the apprenticeship programme takes around five years to complete.
You will also be required to undertake a Mathematics Diagnostic Test at the start of the higher‐level qualification.
You will then see your salary increase as you become more experienced, following the timeline below:
You must be 18 years old or over at the time the scheme starts to apply. There is no upper age limit. You’ll need to have a Grade C (4) or above in Maths & English GCSEYou can’t have already completed the qualification being offered or similar at the same or higher levelOur apprenticeships are aimed at school leavers and people who do not have a degree.
You will be visiting City Centre and West Midlands properties and inputting data to produce a range of property reports for Letting Agents and Landlords.
