You will spend the majority of your time working with and alongside engineers and technicians on operational sites as part of your on-the-job training. This will be supported by block release vocational training working through a HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a BEng (Hons) in Control & Automation:
You will join our Water division who are a national provider of infrastructure and non-infrastructure water and wastewater services to UK water utility companies.
You will also meet regularly with your coach and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme as expected.
You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
