You will be joining a diverse team of engineers from various sectors and become a valued member of the engineering team.
You will rapidly diagnose faults and restore equipment to service, identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement and FMEA activities. This role involves working with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings, and applying basic automation skills for fault finding and resolution.
You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long-term reliability across the site.
You will be based at our Oswestry Packaging site in Shropshire, working a3-on 3-off shift pattern (days & nights, 66).
You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast-paced engineering setting.
