You will be responsible for teaching and delivering the core electrical maintenance skills to engineering apprentices, such as motor controls, fault finding, industrial electrics, inverters/ PLCs and more.
You will be tutoring up and coming engineers based off of your previous engineering experience.
You will be using your knowledge and experience to present and demonstrate topics and will be encouraged to share your industry experiences to give real world industry context.
You must be a fully Qualified Electrician with either an NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent full recognised Apprenticeship.

You will carry out regular site surveys on compliance and quality, inspecting Electrical installationsto ensure full compliance with the current edition of IET Wiring Regulations BS7671 and that of the NICEIC requirements and standards.
You will be an organised and approachable character liasing regularly withsite based Electrical Engineers and Electricians.
You will be an electrically biased engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing / factory environment, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline. Safety is our biggest priority, so youll be committed to safe working and have strong experience of health and safety best practice.
You must be NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent City & Guilds 2391 - Testing & Inspection
