You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion. You will not be required to attend college; all courses are online, and assessments are submitted via a secure portal.

You will be involved in a wide range of activities including data analyst, using this information to support both complaints and compliments from the client, tenants, and residents.

You will also provide support with general administration and build strong relationships with Construction and Technical Departments. We will get you out onto site to see how the work you do in the office, contributes to the progression of the construction project.

You will be supported to provide efficient and timely recordings of ledger transactions for the company and the group, undertaking duties such as processing invoices, statement reconciliations, payment runs and dealing with supplier queries. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5.30pm and Fridays 9am – 5pm.
