You will be required to work with the centre manager to support the centre with file audits, keeping the e-compliance system updated and accurate, whilst liaising with external partners, parents, carers and learners. Key Responsibilities Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
You will assist the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day departmental needs, support purchasing, invoicing, data management, and act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

You will need excellent verbal & written communication skills and be confident in learning new systems. Organisation and prioritisation skills are also essential for this role.
