You will provide essential administrative and customer support, maintain accurate CRM and stock records, and take responsibility for the logistics of both consumable and capital equipment orders.

You will work closely with colleagues across sales, logistics and supply chain, supporting both UK and international customers.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating communication between our sales team, customers, and other internal departments. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.

You will also drive sustainability initiatives across our supply chain and packaging operations.

You will collaborate across teams to maintain and improve compliance and sustainability performance, supporting the company’s growth into new international markets. Overseeing Product Compliance across global markets for all categories, including testing, documentation, and certification.
